LoopLog is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We believe your personal data should remain yours, which is why LoopLog operates without any servers or data collection infrastructure.

What We Collect
Nothing. LoopLog does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or any third parties.
What Stays on Your Device
All data you create in LoopLog remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account:
- Activity groups and settings
- Activity logs and timestamps
- Notes and custom frequencies
- All app preferences
Data Storage
Local Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework, which provides secure, encrypted storage when your device is locked.
iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled, LoopLog uses CloudKit to sync data between your devices. This means:
- Data syncs only between devices signed into your Apple ID
- All data remains within Apple’s secure iCloud infrastructure
- We have no access to your iCloud data
- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings
Third-Party Services
LoopLog does not use any third-party services, including:
- No analytics or tracking services
- No crash reporting services
- No advertising networks
- No social media integrations
- No external APIs or servers
Data Security
Your data security is ensured through:
- Apple’s built-in iOS/macOS security features
- Encrypted storage when device is locked
- Secure iCloud synchronization (if enabled)
- No data transmission to external servers
Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete individual log entries at any time
- Remove entire activities or groups
- Uninstalling the app removes all local data
- Disable iCloud sync to stop synchronization
- Delete iCloud data through your device’s iCloud settings
Children’s Privacy
LoopLog does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, as we don’t collect any information at all.
Location Data
LoopLog does not access, request, or use location services.
Camera and Photos
LoopLog does not access your camera or photo library.
Contacts
LoopLog does not access your contacts.
Notifications
LoopLog may send local notifications (if you enable them) to remind you about activities. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no notification data is sent to external servers.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Since LoopLog doesn’t collect any data, any updates would only clarify our existing practices.
Your Rights
Since we don’t collect any personal data, there is no data for us to:
- Share with third parties
- Use for marketing
- Analyze for patterns
- Sell or monetize
